In the horizon a dark storm brews
When the sun sets the peace is through
Lighting flashes and the thunder roars
Now rain falls in sheets and torrents
Sand and wind become one with the rain
Another clap of lighting and a tree falls down
I hear a harsh cry, one less family in this small town
Funnel clouds form through out the night
This once small town now is torn
Nothing but bits of rubble remains
Entire families lost, survivors will never be the same
The sun now rises, a new day begins
Upon the horizon to the east, a storm stilll brews
Upon the horizon the the west, clear blue skys
Harsh crys all around, nothing to rebuild of this small town
Darkness is unbound
Upon this once sleepy town, chaos surrounds
A new storm forms, nothing remains
Amongst the ruins spirits lurk
Reminding trespassers, "Nothing stays the same,
One must only cherish what remains"

Well done, Robert. I enjoyed reading this for myself. The pentagram is quite eye catching as well.

Ty, Elle, I was trying to recite it from memory when chatting with you.

You caught the basic gist of the piece when you did recite it to me.
